It is hard to maintain even-textured skin on your body when you have cellulite. This is why Optima Medical Spa offers multiple types of nonsurgical, noninvasive cellulite treatments, including the Secret™ RF microneedling, TempSure™, and truSculpt® radiofrequency technologies. Our cellulite reduction treatments are FDA cleared to temporarily relieve your skin from a cellulite appearance. They can be used separately or in custom combinations, depending on your unique needs.

Can You Reduce my Cellulite?
Safe for virtually all skin types, our cellulite reduction technologies are FDA approved to smooth the appearance of cellulite. The majority of our cellulite reduction patients are women, as men rarely have cellulite. Having hormonal imbalances, previous pregnancies, a sedentary lifestyle, poor blood flow, and/or a genetic predisposition are all common ways you develop cellulite. If you are unhappy with the appearance of cellulite on your upper arms, abdomen, buttocks, or thighs, you qualify for a consultation at our office.

Who is a candidate for cellulite reduction?
Most people are candidates for noninvasive cellulite removal. Ideal candidates have mild to moderate cellulite and are not significantly overweight. Our specialists at Optima Medical Spa can perform a skin assessment and ask about your goals to help determine if you are eligible for treatment. Please inform us about any relevant medical conditions or medications that could affect your candidacy. Our goal is to provide the safest and most effective treatments possible with the greatest results.
How is Cellulite reduction Performed?
At Optima Medical Spa, we will take you to one of our private treatment rooms to perform your cellulite reduction session. We will arrange your body position for the treatment based on the areas you are having treated.
The exact techniques used with TempSure, truSculpt, and Secret RF do vary a little, but they are all noninvasive treatments with little to no discomfort involved. The length of your session will depend on the number of treatment areas, as well as which technology or combination of technologies is chosen. Regardless, we want you to feel relaxed and comfortable for the length of your appointment.
Once your treatment is over, you should be able to go right back to your day. Most patients experience no downtime.
When Should I Expect To See Results?
During your consultation, we will discuss whether TempSure, Secret RF, truSculpt, or a custom combination is best for your cosmetic goals. We will also talk about how many treatment sessions you may need to even out the appearance of your skin. Because all of these treatments are a form of collagen induction therapy, your results will develop over time as collagen rebuilds under your skin. Most of our patients require around eight sessions to see a real improvement in the appearance of cellulite.
